{"id":6,"date":"2018-03-28T13:46:21","date_gmt":"2018-03-28T12:46:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/2018.bologna.wordcamp.org\/?p=6"},"modified":"2018-04-25T18:22:34","modified_gmt":"2018-04-25T17:22:34","slug":"call-for-volunteers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bologna.wordcamp.org\/2018\/call-for-volunteers\/","title":{"rendered":"Call for Volunteers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p lang=\"en\"><strong><em>Italian text is followed by <a href=\"https:\/\/2018.bologna.wordcamp.org\/2018\/02\/21\/call-for-volunteers\/#en-divider\">English<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fare il volontario ad un WordCamp \u00e8 un bellissimo modo per essere pi\u00f9 coinvolti nella comunit\u00e0 di WordPress.<br \/>\nI volontari sono fondamentali per la buona riuscita di un WordCamp: \u00e8 grazie a loro che l\u2019intera organizzazione dell\u2019evento pu\u00f2 funzionare, sono loro a garantire la partecipazione e il divertimento di tutti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Siamo alla ricerca di persone entusiaste, organizzate, piene di energia e voglia di partecipare, oltre che innamorate di WordPress.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fare volontariato al WordCamp Bologna \u00e8 un modo unico per contribuire e sostenere l\u2019evento e la comunit\u00e0 di WordPress. <strong>Divertimento assicurato!<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Vorresti aiutarci?<\/h2>\n<p>Se vuoi candidarti, leggi le informazioni qui sotto e poi compila il form in fondo alla pagina.<\/p>\n<p>Come volontario:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>sarai parte essenziale del team durante il giorno dell\u2019evento;<\/li>\n<li>conoscerai e stringerai relazioni con tante persone come te che vogliono contribuire alla realizzazione di questo evento;<\/li>\n<li>incontrerai e farai networking con partecipanti e speaker provenienti dall\u2019Italia e dall\u2019estero<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Di cosa abbiamo bisogno?<\/h2>\n<p>Abbiamo bisogno di volontari sul campo e \u2018con le mani in pasta\u2019 il giorno dell\u2019evento. <strong>Aspettati di arrivare a sera esausto ma euforico!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I ruoli saranno definiti meglio in prossimit\u00e0 dell\u2019evento, ma per darti un\u2019idea queste sono alcune delle attivit\u00e0 che potremmo chiederti di svolgere:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>occuparti della registrazione e accoglienza dei partecipanti;<\/li>\n<li>distribuire swag e t-shirt;<\/li>\n<li>aiutare durante il pranzo e le pause caff\u00e8;<\/li>\n<li>aiutare gli speaker;<\/li>\n<li>occuparti della sala, o anche solo di portare in giro il microfono, durante i talk;<\/li>\n<li>dare informazioni, indirizzare e orientare relatori e visitatori;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Sono previsti compensi o rimborsi spese?<\/h2>\n<p>I WordCamp sono eventi spontanei, fatti da volontari, quindi come regola, e in tutti i WordCamp nel mondo, non sono previsti compensi o coperture di spese.<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 se sarai accettato come volontario avrai accesso gratuito (pranzo incluso). Soltanto sar\u00e0 tua cura coprire i costi di viaggio e di permanenza a Bologna.<\/p>\n<p>Ci piacerebbe accettare tutti, ma non possiamo! Una volta compilato il form di partecipazione sar\u00e0 nostra cura comunicarti al pi\u00f9 presto se sarai parte del nostro team di volontari.<\/p>\n<p>Se non avrai una conferma, non averne a male: ci saranno tantissime altre occasioni per contribuire a WordPress!<\/p>\n<h2>Come si svolgeranno le attivit\u00e0<\/h2>\n<p>Il giorno del WordCamp, il 19 Maggio, lavoreremo tutti assieme come parte di una squadra che ci auguriamo possa funzionare come un orologio.<\/p>\n<p>E ricorda!!! Dopo l\u2019evento c\u2019\u00e8 l\u2019After Party, non vorrai mica andare via subito?<\/p>\n<h2>Vuoi candidarti?<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"#form-candidatura\">Compila il modulo in fondo alla pagina<\/a>. Non vediamo l\u2019ora di averti nella squadra!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tutti i volontari avranno diritto all\u2019ingresso gratuito al WordCamp, quindi se ti candidi non procedere con l\u2019acquisto del biglietto!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Se non sarai scelto tra i volontari, ma decidessi comunque di venire (ovvio che verrai!) non preoccuparti di restare senza biglietto, ne metteremo in vendita altri!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Tutte le informazioni vengono raccolte al solo scopo di mantenere una comunicazione pi\u00f9 efficace tra gli organizzatori del team WordCamp Bologna e i volontari.<\/p>\n<h3>Senti cosa dicono le persone che l\u2019hanno fatto prima di te!<\/h3>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cEssere volontario di un WordCamp \u00e8 un\u2019esperienza bellissima! L\u2019energia dell\u2019evento ti d\u00e0 la carica per avviare il progetto che tieni rinchiuso nel cassetto, e sopratutto ti fa sentire parte integrante della grande e fantastica community di WordPress! Durante i WordCamp capisci quanto i rapporti umani siano qualcosa di eccezionale, puoi dialogare con gente che non hai mai visto nella tua vita come se la conoscessi da sempre. They help make the event happen in the best possible way, while ensuring fun for everyone. Moreover, it is a great way to get involved in the WordPress community!<\/p>\n<p><strong>We are looking for enthusiastic, well organized and energetic people who love WordPress.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Volunteering at WordCamp Bologna is a unique way to help and support the event and the WordPress community.<\/p>\n<p>What should you expect? To have fun, first of all!<\/p>\n<h3>WOULD YOU LIKE TO APPLY?<\/h3>\n<p>Read the information below, and fill the form at the bottom of this page!<\/p>\n<p>As a volunteer you will:<br \/>\n\u2013 Be an essential part of the team during the event;<br \/>\n\u2013 Meet a lot of people like you, who would like to contribute to this great event;<br \/>\n\u2013 Have the chance to talk with attendees and speakers coming from all over the Italy and abroad;<\/p>\n<h3>WHAT WE NEED<\/h3>\n<p>We need volunteers during the two event\u2019s days. Expect to be exhausted and elated at the same time at the end of the WordCamp!<\/p>\n<p>Tasks for each volunteer will be defined before the opening of the event. These are some of the activities we might ask you to run:<br \/>\n\u2013 Registration and reception;<br \/>\n\u2013 Swag and t-shirts distribution;<br \/>\n\u2013 Help during lunch and coffee breaks;<br \/>\n\u2013 Helping speakers;<br \/>\n\u2013 Run around with the microphone during sessions;<br \/>\n\u2013 Help with moving people and give information<\/p>\n<h3>WILL YOU PAY OR WILL YOU GET A REFUND?<\/h3>\n<p>WordCamps are made by volunteers so, as in any WordCamp in the world, expenses are not covered from the organization.<\/p>\n<p>If you are accepted as a volunteer you will have free access to the event and lunch\/coffee breaks, but you will still have to cover the costs of travel and accommodation in Bologna.<\/p>\n<p>Once you\u2019ll fill our application form below, we\u2019ll let you know as soon as possible if you will be active part of our team.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019d love to accept you all, but we can\u2019t!
